Can I see the design on a different color shirt?
Yes! To view the actual design you are looking for, click on the design picture that you like. You can see a clear image of the design at the top of the page. These images will be the designs on the t-shirt or hoodie. To see the relative size of the design, the location of the design and what the design looks like on different colored t-shirts, girly tee's, long sleeve t-shirts or hoodies, select the type of shirt from the drop down menu. You can change the color by clicking the swatches or using the drop down menu. The background of the t-shirt changes colors. Although the design images are not crystal clear, it will give you a good idea of what the colors in the design look like on different t-shirt colors. When you find the combination that you like, just click "add to cart". You will be ordering the design shown on the t-shirt color shown . Return to top

What if I get an error code when ordering?
Occasionally when trying to add items to your shopping cart you will get an error. You must have cookies enabled in your browser settings to place an order. Please check your computer clock to make sure it is displaying the correct time. Clear the cache in your browser. If you have done these things and are still having problems, please send us an e-mail with the following information: browser you are using (Explorer, Netscape, etc.), PC or Macintosh, and how you arrived at the order page (your navigation path - ex: homepage/designs/tropical/florida palm). What shirts are you using?
Men's T-shirts are Fruit of the Loom Best 50/50 cotton/polyester blend. We offer 20 different colors in S, M, L, XL. 2XL and 3XL t-shirts are available by special order. There is an additional charge of $3. XXL orders may take up to 14 days longer to ship. 3XXL may not be available in all colors. 2XL and 3XL special order t-shirts CAN NOT be returned.
Our Girly T's are American Apparel 100% Combed Ring Spun Cotton Fine Jersey. We offer 10 colors in S, M, L, and XL.
Long sleeves are made by Gildan and are 100% cotton and available in S, M, L, XL. We offer 8 colors in the long sleeve tee's. 2XL and 3XL long sleeve t-shirts are available by special order. There is an additional charge of $3. XXL orders may take up to 14 days longer to ship. 3XXL may not be available in all colors. 2XL and 3XL special order t-shirts CAN NOT be returned.
Hoodies are Jerzees NuBlend 50/50 cotton/polyester blend and are offered in S, M, L, XL. Hoodies are offered in 6 colors. 2XL and 3XL hoodies are available by special order. There is an additional charge of $3. XXL orders may take up to 14 days longer to ship. 3XXL may not be available in all colors. 2XL and 3XL special order t-shirts CAN NOT be returned.

How are the designs put on the t-shirts?

What if there is something already in my shopping cart?
To remove an item from your cart click on the Remove button. The item should be removed from your cart. To change the quantity of items in your cart change the quantity for the item and click on the Update button. Return to top

What if I want to order with a Money Order?
Vintagedge takes Mastercard and Visa (including MC and Visa Check Cards). If you would like to place your order using a Money Order, put the items that you would like into your shopping cart. Print the shopping cart page and mail it (along with your money order) to:

How long will it take to get my shirts?
Shirts are generally shipped within three to five days of the receipt of your order and verification of your credit card. Shipping for up to 3 shirts is via Priority Mail and is delivered in 10-14 days from the date of order. Please note that special order (2xl and 3xl) shirts may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Where do I put my credit card number?
We provide a secure online ordering system. When your order is complete (name, address, shipping address, billing address, etc.) you will be asked to put in your credit card info. Please check your numbers carefully. We process credit cards offline so your order will go through but we won't be able to process and ship it without the correct number, expiration date and billing address. Return to Top

What is your Return Policy?
1. We want every customer to be happy with merchandise they purchase. We understand that sometimes things aren't quite what you want and this policy will address those times when that happens. Please note: We will only accept returns/exchanges that are in new, unwashed condition. Please check our size/wash information for more information on sizing. Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for your exchanged merchandise. If you are exchanging your purchase, shipping for the exchanged items will be billed to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds for returned merchandise (that have followed these procedures) will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. NOTE: 2XL and 3XL special order t-shirts and hoodies may not be returned.

2. You must obtain Return Authorization by writing to us at sales@VintagEdge.com Packages that are returned without a clearly marked return authorization will be refused automatically by our shipping department.

3. If the defect is our fault (rip, tear, different color from order form, different design from order form) we will arrange the return shipping and pay for it. Please note you must allow us to schedule the shipping. We will not reimburse shipping expenses that you incur.

4. If the defect is our fault (see item #3), we will repair or replace the merchandise, or at our option issue your choice of store credit or a refund.

5. We have a right to possession of defective merchandise. It will be our sole decision to repair, replace, or refund. You are responsible for shipping in both directions.

6. In all cases you agree to abide by our terms and conditions, guarantee, and shipping policy.

7. The cost and value for merchandise shall be determined soley by the invoice. Any refunds will be issued in a manner consistent with the way in which you were billed. By accessing this site you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

How do I order a shirt?

• Click on the T-Shirt Designs link on the left side.

• Select a category of designs.

• View the designs.

• To check out this design on different shirt colors (or to place an order), click on the picture of the t-shirt design.

• Select the Type (Men's, Girly Tee's, Long Sleeve or Hoodie). To change the shirt color, click on the color swatches or use the drop down menu.

• When you have found the color that you want, select the size and quantity you wish to order. NOTE: You will be ordering the t-shirt color that is selected.

• Click on the add to cart button. This will add that shirt to your order. You may continue shopping or check out.
